These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Wise Banker website and its financial assessment services (“Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

1. General Information

Wise Banker (“we”, “our”, “us”) is operated by DEEPFIN INTELLIGENCE PRIVATE LIMITED, Hilite Business Park, Iringallur, Kozhikode, Kerala – 673014, India.

Wise Banker operates as a financial readiness assessment SaaS platform designed to help users understand their financial and credit position before applying for banking or financial products.

  • Is not a bank, NBFC, lender, or credit bureau
  • Does not approve, process, or disburse loans
  • Does not guarantee loan or credit approval
  • Does not influence lending decisions

All final decisions related to loans or credit facilities are made solely by banks, NBFCs, or financial institutions.

2. Nature of Services

Wise Banker provides a paid, self-declared data–based financial assessment service.

a) Financial Readiness & Credit Health Assessment

  • Users answer a structured set of financial questions
  • Responses are analyzed using predefined evaluation logic
  • Users receive a personalized assessment report highlighting:
    • Financial readiness indicators
    • Potential risk areas
    • Improvement suggestions
  • Purely informational and advisory in nature
  • Does not create a credit enquiry
  • Does not access credit bureau data unless explicitly stated
  • Does not affect your credit score

The assessment is intended to provide clarity and awareness only.

3. Acceptance of Terms

  • You are at least 18 years of age
  • You are legally capable of entering into binding agreements
  • All information provided is true, accurate, and complete
  • You understand that the service does not guarantee outcomes

Wise Banker reserves the right to suspend or restrict access if any information is found to be false, misleading, or fraudulent.

4. User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and honest information
  • Understand results depend entirely on user inputs
  • Use the Platform only for lawful and personal purposes

Wise Banker shall not be responsible for incorrect assessments arising from inaccurate or incomplete information submitted by users.

5. Fees & Payments

  • Certain services on the Platform are paid services
  • All fees are clearly displayed before payment
  • Payments are one-time and non-refundable unless explicitly stated
  • Fees are charged for analysis and insights, not guaranteed outcomes

6. Data Usage & Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  • Processing submitted information for assessment purposes
  • Storing assessment results for service delivery
  • Internal analysis for product improvement

Wise Banker does not sell personal data and does not share data with third parties without explicit consent, except where required by law.

7. Third-Party Services

  • References to financial products are informational only
  • Wise Banker is not an agent of any bank or NBFC
  • We do not control third-party decisions or data practices

8. Intellectual Property

All content, software, logic, reports, graphics, and design elements are the intellectual property of Wise Banker or its licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, or exploit any content without prior written consent.

9. Disclaimer

  • Services are provided on an “as is” basis
  • No financial, legal, or investment advice is provided
  • No guarantee of accuracy or applicability
  • Users should seek independent professional advice

10. Limitation of Liability

Wise Banker shall not be liable for loan outcomes, financial losses, decisions made based on assessments, or errors arising from user-provided data.

11. Termination of Access

Access may be suspended or terminated without notice in case of violations, misuse, fraud, or legal requirements.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Wise Banker against claims arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

13. Modification of Terms

Updated Terms will be published on the Platform. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Courts at Kozhikode, Kerala have exclusive jurisdiction.

15. Severability

Invalid provisions shall not affect the validity of remaining terms.
