Wise Banker operates a financial readiness and credit health assessment SaaS platform (“Platform”) that helps users understand their financial position before making banking or credit-related decisions.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring lawful, fair, and transparent processing of your personal data.

  • Is not a bank, NBFC, lender, or credit bureau
  • Does not process, approve, or disburse loans
  • Does not guarantee financial outcomes

2. Scope of Services

Wise Banker provides paid, self-declared data–based assessment services, including:

  • Financial readiness assessment
  • Credit health indicators based on user inputs
  • Personalized informational reports

The Platform does not:

  • Submit loan applications
  • Access credit bureau data unless explicitly disclosed
  • Share data with lenders without user consent

3. Consent & Lawful Basis

  • Provide explicit consent for data collection and processing
  • Acknowledge that assessments are advisory only
  • Understand results depend on user-provided information
  • Agree to discontinue use if terms are not accepted

Consent is collected in a clear, affirmative manner in accordance with the DPDP Act, 2023.

  • Age range (not exact date of birth)

b) Financial Information (Self-Declared)

  • Existing EMI or liability ranges

⚠️ We do not collect bank login credentials, OTPs, card details, or credit bureau passwords.

c) Technical & Usage Data

Cookies and analytics are used only to improve user experience, measure performance, and identify drop-off points. Cookie preferences can be managed via browser settings.

6. Credit Information & Scoring

Wise Banker does not perform hard credit checks. Evaluations are based solely on user-provided information and do not impact credit scores. Any future integrations will require separate explicit consent.

Data is retained only as necessary for service delivery, legal compliance, and dispute resolution. Assessment data may be retained for up to 3 years unless deletion is requested earlier.

We use encrypted storage, secure cloud infrastructure, restricted access, and periodic monitoring. Absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

11. Data Breach Management

In the event of a data breach, we will assess impact, notify affected users and authorities, and take corrective actions as required.

This policy may be updated periodically. Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
